Shipments and returns
Your package and shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment, except weekends and holidays, and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online the day of shipment as well as a notice from us that it has shipped.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
RETURNS: If there is a damage problem with an item we will send a replacement at no charge to the customer providing there is another one in stock, otherwise we will refund the purchase price. Item returns for any other reason will have to be cleared by our company first and instructions will be given for the return to make it as easy and stress free as possible.
