Anime fans should bow their heads in shame if they don't see this. It's one of the most artistic forms of the genre out there. Robot fans might or might not get into it, depending on what their expectations are. This movie isn't about robots. It's stories with robots in them. I would say the more artistic you are the more you will get out of this movie.
