This hilarious two-part television special aired in 1984 as “Turmoil in the Toy Box”, hosted by religious fanatics Gary Greenwald and Phil Phillips was aimed at parents to alert them to the “Occultic” messages hidden in the cereal their children ate, the cartoons they watched, and the toys they played with.
“E.T. and the Smurfs are homosexuals” and “Voltron is teaching our children to talk to the Dead”, these are just a few of the outrageous claims these two Crusaders for Christ make against your favorite toys in 1984.
