Hunt for the Night Stalker (1989) is a fact-based crime thriller dramatizing the intense Los Angeles police investigation into Richard Ramirez, the serial killer known as the “Night Stalker.” During the summer of 1985, a series of brutal attacks across California leaves investigators struggling to identify a seemingly elusive killer.

Los Angeles detectives Sergeant Frank Salerno and Lieutenant Gil Carrillo lead the investigation, piecing together clues from seemingly unrelated crimes while attempting to anticipate the Night Stalker's next move. As fear spreads throughout the region, the detectives become increasingly determined to identify and capture the man responsible.
