Not Just Another Affair is a 1982 CBS television romantic comedy starring Victoria Principal and Gil Gerard. It was directed by Steven Hilliard Stern and runs approximately 95 minutes.

Principal plays Dr. Diana Dawson, a marine biologist who has made a personal decision to remain celibate until marriage. Her life becomes complicated when she meets Bob Gifford (Gil Gerard), a charismatic attorney who is accustomed to attracting women and is unaccustomed to having his advances rejected.

The two meet while on opposite sides of an environmental lawsuit, and their professional conflict quickly develops into a romantic one. Diana is attracted to Bob but remains firm about her principles, while Bob becomes increasingly determined to win her over. Their relationship consequently turns into a playful battle of wills, testing both of their beliefs about love, sex, commitment, and marriage.

The supporting cast includes Robert Webber as Professor Wally Dawson, Diana's father, Barbara Barrie as her mother Martha, and Markie Post as Jan Thacker.
