The Perfect Woman Is Now The Perfect Weapon.

The film takes place in a chaotic near-future city plagued by crime and bizarre villains. At the same time, a disgruntled engineer and would-be terrorist, Burt Ward's character Harry Truman Hodgkins, develops a collection of atomic bombs and threatens to detonate them unless he receives a huge ransom—typically described as one billion dollars. The authorities are unable to stop him.

Scientist Kip King's Dr. Von Colon unveils his greatest invention: Robo-C.H.I.C. (Computerized Humanoid Intelligence Clone), an attractive female android designed specifically to fight crime. She possesses superhuman strength, advanced weaponry, and futuristic technology that makes her far more capable than ordinary police officers.

Rather than focusing solely on the nuclear threat, the film jumps between several criminal subplots. Robo-C.H.I.C. battles drug dealers, street gangs, bikers, and assorted criminals. She also works with police and a reporter named John Kent, who serves as a human ally and potential romantic interest.

As authorities search for the terrorist, additional groups become involved. A pimp and a motorcycle gang decide they want control of the bomber and his plans for themselves, creating multiple competing factions.

Meanwhile, Robo-C.H.I.C. continues proving her abilities by defeating criminals and protecting civilians. Her futuristic weapons and combat skills allow her to overpower opponents who would normally overwhelm the police.
