Description
The Sterling family goes on vacation to Egypt and visits one of the pyramids. However, they get lost while wandering around in the labyrithine interior of the pyramid. When they finally make it out of the pyramid, they discover that they're no longer on Earth. Instead, they've somehow been transported to another planet. And the natives (run by an autocratic dictator) aren't very friendly...

Not bad for a bootleg
Would be nice if this was properly released but the story itself is worth watching, very well written, tight, with lots of action. Like Logans Run TV series and Fantastic Journey, this only ran for one season but should have gone for more. Shame when such aired shows are bumped around different slots, thus reducing audience. Otherworld is a keeper with good scripting and acting, thats why I give it 4-stars, despite lower video quality which is not much better than the downloads we got a few years ago. Still worth a purchase :)

Otherworld
I loved this show when I was a kid, seeing it again was great. It's a VCR to DVD transfer but still good. I've only saw one high quality and it was the pilot episode, complete with 80's commercials, on YouTube. I highly recommend this company and this DVD. If recapturing a part of your past has been on your mind start with the shows you loved to watch with your parents when they was happy and alive. Go back in time and let media collectables take you there.
